Another Advisory that Morningside High School has to offer is the MESA Advisory. MESA is consisted of mostly magnet students in 9-12th grade. These students must have a 2.5 GPA or better. MESA is a class that consists of students that work on projects to be in MESA competitions as well as aerospace and robotics competitions like the Mini Urban Challenge, Raytheon, and both the LA County and LA District Science Fair. This class is every Monday-Thursday during Advisory and sometimes after school in Room S1. This class allows students to be able to participate in fun challenges and events with the hopes of pursuing a career in STEM, Aerospace, or Robotics.
